Easy Protein Tiramisu Cheesecake Recipe

We’ve all been there, craving something sweet after our evening meal but the snacks you’ve got in the house just aren’t hitting the spot. Well, this is where these Tiramisu Cheesecake Pots come in!

If you weren’t already sold by the words tiramisu and cheesecake, well maybe the fact that these pots are no bake and packed full of protein might wet your appetite. Here’s the simple recipe:


The Recipe (Makes 3 Pots):

– 1 scoop Protein Coffee Cooler
– 100g crushed digestive biscuits
– 60g melted butter
– 180g cream cheese
– 100ml double cream
– 60g icing sugar
– 100g chocolate
– 60g double cream

1) Make the base by combining the biscuits and melted butter and adding to a glass jar
2) Melt your chocolate on a low heat, add your cream and stir until combined – set aside to cool
3) In a bowl, mix your cream cheese, vanilla, Protein Coffee Cooler, cream and icing sugar – whisk until it thickens
4) Place your cheesecake mix into a piping bag and fill your glass.
5) Once your chocolate mix has cooled, pipe to fill the glass and chill for 30 minutes before enjoying
