This recipe is really easy to make and absolutely delicious. The protein truffles you end up with are like little bite-sized cheesecake! Please see the video below to see just how quick and simple this recipe is. If you’d like to turn this recipe vegan, you can also by simply using a vegan cream cheese and Vegan Protein instead of Whey 360. Feel free to play around with your flavours too! You can, for example, use strawberry protein powder to make these into strawberry protein cheesecake bites. Have fun!

Protein Cheesecake Truffles

INGREDIENTS

18 bourbon biscuits
1 scoop Whey 360 Chocolate Swirl
170g (6oz) cream cheese
150g dark chocolate, melted

DIRECTIONS

1. Add all of the cheesecake ball ingredients to a blender and blitz until a dough is formed.
2. Break the dough off into little spoonfuls and roll into balls.
3. Dunk or drizzle the balls in dark chocolate.
4. Refrigerate for 10 minutes until the chocolate has set and enjoy!
