Reminders for Yourself – Positive Mindset

by

Dear you,

Never forget how far you’ve come. Everything you have gotten through. All the times you have pushed on even when you felt you couldn’t. All the mornings you got out of bed no matter how hard it was. All the times you wanted to give up but you got through another day. Never forget how much strength you have learned and developed.

Maybe things have been difficult lately and maybe no one has told you that you are capable of making it through it. But no matter what has happened, your struggles will not go in vain. One day you will look back and see along the way you were becoming stronger, growing into the person you were meant to be.

There is a purpose behind your difficulties, there are reasons for you to keep going even if it doesn’t make any sense today, even if you are still a long way away from finding your way.

You need to stop comparing yourself to your past versions of yourself. You are the reason you are who you are today. Don’t look back on them and regret them.

Be grateful that you never gave up on yourself. You are here today to appreciate this version of you. Comparing does no good, so focus on the now and who you are at this very moment.

I’m here to let you know that you are exactly where you need to be. I wanted to remind you that I believe in you. I believe that your dreams will come true. That your potential is endless. I promise your dreams aren’t going anywhere. You’re still going to do big things and you’re still going to change the world & for all you know you’re probably doing it right now.

Step back and realize how much you have already accomplished. Step back and realize that you’re still young and you need to stop putting so much pressure on yourself.

Step back and be proud of yourself. Step back and start believing you can do it.

And you don’t need to accomplish something new or productive each day for it to be a success.

Take day by day and don’t forget to rest, because if you don’t, burnout will come which I know you’re trying to avoid.

You’re doing great, facing all those hard days, so fierce, so vulnerable, so beautifully human.

You are amazing, strong, kind, energetic, loving, beautiful, and so much more! Never forget that.
